Mritha Sanjivani Mudra :

1. Morning between 6am to 9am.
2. Midday between 11am to 12 noon.
3. Evening between 6pm to 9pm.
4. On empty stomach. (do not take any liquid or food 10mts earlier and after)
5. Sit facing East in a relaxed condition.
6. Keep both legs firm on the ground with insulation between feet and ground.
7. Practice max 15mts each time.
8. Practice with both the hands and could keep your hands on your thighs comfortably.
